Instructor Feedback

Good teachers reflect on their practice with purpose and for improvement of teaching and learning. Reflection can happen in many forms. Three common formats are peer observations (visiting another class and observing a peer in action), reflective teaching (journalling, talking to mentors) and teaching portfolios (online collections of examples of teaching practice along with reflective statements).
