CTLI Contact Info + Staff

Contact Info

All Brightspace, Kaltura video, Kaltura Virtual Classroom and related questions should be directed through the NIC Service Desk which will allow the proper routing and support to be given to you. IT does some of the support (e.g., creating sandbox shells in Brightspace, gaining access to courses with dean/chair permission, checking on student registration issues etc.) and CTLI helps with course design and use of the tools.

  • Centre Email (for learning session registrations, general help etc.): ctli@nic.bc.ca
  • Staff Emails: see below to contact directly
  • Hours: 9 – 4:30 pm – the staff typically are able to be booked and engage with people from 9 – 4:30 pm but can adjust their schedules if need be to attend earlier or later.
